ACCIDENTAL DEATH CLAIMS
Designed to determine whether the death resulted from injuries sustained in an accident, altercation, sickness, and/or whether death occurred while in the act of committing a felony.
CONTESTABLE DISABILITY CLAIMS
Investigation to determine information about the insurability of the policyholder at the time, not the effective date, of coverage. Areas of investigation include current activities, medical history, financial history, occupational history, habits, outside interests, and other disability coverage.
DISABILITY CLAIMS
Designed to develop information on the claimant’s present activities, including any recovery and progress of the claimant’s condition.

Investigation to develop information pertaining to claimant eligibility for group insurance. This is conducted through a personal review of employer’s records when available, including personnel payroll, tax, time cards, interoffice memos, expense forms and receipts.

Designed to determine the motivational factors surrounding suspicious fire loss. Includes development of financial and other background information about claims of suspected arsonists to develop evidence of potential insurance fraud.
THEFT/BURGLARY
Investigation of losses covering residential, automobile, marine or heavy equipment claims. Includes development of complete financial and background information on claimants or suspects.
BONDS, FIDELITY/SURETY
Involves background investigations of employee misconduct or embezzlement claims. Includes gathering information related to attachable assets and income sources for the purpose of recovery and / or loss reduction.

WORKER’S COMPENSATION
Designed to develop and verify unadmitted activities by the claimants. Previous claim history, present and past activities, and a background profile provided. Color video equipment and tapes are provided to document activities.
SCENE INVESTIGATION
To provide details at the accident scene. This is not an engineering service. The process will provide information and photographs from the scene through the development of witnesses, terrain, and other site conditions.
